개인정보처리방침

핵심 안내: 상황 이름, 문장과 사진은 기본적으로 기기에 저장됩니다. Pro 사용자가 앱 설정에서 Google 계정을 연결하고 백업을 직접 켠 경우에만 해당 설정과 사진이 계정별 비공개 클라우드 저장소로 전송됩니다. 이 내용은 Firebase Analytics나 Crashlytics에 포함되지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
틈은 기본 기능 사용을 위해 계정 가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. Pro 사용자가 선택형 백업 기능을 켤 때만 Google 계정을 연결할 수 있습니다. 다음 정보는 Google Firebase를 통해 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 이용 정보: 앱 실행, 화면 이동, 온보딩 완료, 상황 생성·수정 여부, Lock Layer 표시·해제와 선택된 잠금 해제 방식
- 앱 및 기기 정보: 앱 버전, 운영체제 버전, 기기 모델, 언어·국가 설정, Firebase 설치 식별자와 같은 진단용 식별 정보
- 대략적인 위치: 운영 Analytics가 활성화된 Play 설치에서는 Firebase Analytics가 IP 주소를 바탕으로 국가·지역 수준의 대략적인 위치를 처리할 수 있습니다. 틈은 위치 권한이나 GPS를 사용하지 않으며 이 정보를 상황 표시 조건으로 사용하지 않습니다.
- 충돌 및 진단 정보: 충돌 시각, 스택 트레이스, 앱 상태와 비정상 오류 정보
- 직접 제출한 의견: 사용자가 `의견 보내기`에서 선택한 유형과 입력한 내용, 익명 식별자. 진단정보 첨부를 켠 경우 현재 화면, 앱·Android 버전, 제조사·기기 모델, 빌드 유형과 Pro 여부
- 구매 상태: Google Play가 제공하는 TEUM Pro 상품의 구매·소유 상태와 서버 검증을 위한 구매 토큰. 원문 구매 토큰은 검증 요청 중에만 처리하며 서버에는 토큰의 SHA-256 해시 연결만 보관합니다. 결제 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 틈이 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
- 선택형 클라우드 백업: 사용자가 백업을 켠 경우 Google 계정 이메일 주소와 Firebase 사용자 ID, 상황 이름, 문장, 일정, 화면 스타일·장식 설정과 사용자가 선택한 사진
광고 ID 수집과 개인 맞춤 광고 신호는 앱 설정에서 비활성화되어 있습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 앱 기능의 이용 흐름 파악과 사용성 개선
- 충돌과 오류의 원인 확인 및 서비스 안정성 향상
- 사용자가 직접 제출한 버그, 불편 사항과 개선 제안 처리
- Google Play 구매 권한 확인과 복원
- 사용자가 요청한 설정 백업, 자동 백업과 새 기기 복원 제공
3. 외부 서비스
운영 정보, 직접 제출한 의견과 사용자가 선택한 클라우드 백업은 Google LLC가 제공하는 Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage for Firebase 및 Google Play Billing을 통해 처리됩니다. 각 서비스의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받습니다.
4. 보관과 삭제
상황, 문장과 사진은 기본적으로 앱 내부 저장소에 보관되며 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 기기에서 삭제됩니다. 사용자가 클라우드 백업을 켠 경우 백업 데이터는 연결한 Google 계정의 Firebase 사용자 식별자 아래 보관됩니다. 앱의 ‘클라우드 데이터와 계정 연결 삭제’에서 백업 설정·사진, 구매 토큰 해시 연결과 TEUM의 Firebase 계정 연결 정보를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 계정 및 클라우드 데이터 삭제 안내에서 별도로 요청할 수 있습니다. 단순 연결 해제는 다른 기기의 복원을 위해 클라우드 사본을 유지합니다. Firebase 운영 정보와 사용자가 직접 제출한 의견은 Firebase 프로젝트의 보관 설정과 Google 정책에 따라 보관된 뒤 삭제됩니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
틈은 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하도록 설계되지 않았습니다. 의견 내용에는 개인정보나 민감한 내용을 입력하지 않아야 합니다.
6. 문의 및 변경
개인정보 관련 문의는 Google Play 스토어의 개발자 연락처를 통해 접수할 수 있습니다. 처리 내용이 달라지는 경우 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다.
Privacy Policy
Effective: September 20, 2026
In short: Situations, messages, and photos stay on the device by default. They are sent to private, account-scoped cloud storage only when a Pro user connects a Google Account and enables backup. This content is never included in Firebase Analytics events or Crashlytics reports.
Information processed
TEUM does not require an account for its core features. A Pro user may optionally connect a Google Account to use cloud backup. TEUM may process app interactions, app and device diagnostics, Firebase installation identifiers, crash reports, and Google Play purchase entitlement. On Play installs where operational Analytics is enabled, Firebase Analytics may derive approximate country- or region-level location from an IP address. TEUM does not request location permission or use GPS, and this information is never used to decide when a situation appears. A Google Play purchase token is processed only to verify entitlement; the raw token is not retained by the server, which stores only its SHA-256 account binding. When a user submits feedback, TEUM processes the selected category, entered text, and an anonymous identifier. If diagnostics are enabled, the current screen, app and Android versions, manufacturer, device model, build type, and Pro status are also included. When cloud backup is enabled, TEUM processes the connected Google Account email address and Firebase user ID, situations, messages, events, appearance settings, decorations, and selected photos solely to provide backup and restore. TEUM does not receive or store payment card details. Advertising ID collection and personalized-ad signals are disabled.
Purpose
This information is used only to understand feature usage, improve reliability, diagnose and respond to submitted issues, verify or restore TEUM Pro purchases, and provide user-requested backup and restore.
Storage and deletion
User-created situations, messages, and photos are stored locally by default and are removed from the device when deleted in the app or when the app is uninstalled. If cloud backup is enabled, a private copy is stored under the connected Firebase user identity. “Delete cloud data and account link” removes the backed-up settings, photos, purchase-token hash bindings, and TEUM’s Firebase account link. If the app is unavailable, a request can be submitted from the account and cloud data deletion page. A simple disconnect keeps the cloud copy available for restore on another device. Operational information and explicitly submitted feedback are retained according to Firebase project settings and Google policies.
Third-party services and contact
Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage for Firebase, and Google Play Billing are provided by Google LLC. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Privacy inquiries can be sent through the developer contact listed on TEUM's Google Play store listing. This policy will be updated when the app's data practices change.
