계정 및 클라우드 데이터 삭제

틈은 기본 기능에 계정을 요구하지 않습니다. 이 안내는 Pro 클라우드 백업을 위해 Google 계정을 연결한 사용자에게 해당합니다.

앱에서 바로 삭제하기

1. 틈을 열고 설정 → 백업 및 복원으로 이동합니다.
2. 클라우드 데이터와 계정 연결 삭제를 선택합니다.
3. 연결한 Google 계정으로 다시 인증하고 삭제를 확인합니다.

완료되면 Firestore 백업, Storage 사진, 구매 토큰 해시 연결과 틈의 Firebase 계정 연결이 삭제됩니다. 기기에 저장된 상황·문장·사진은 앱 안에서 별도로 삭제하거나 앱을 제거해 삭제할 수 있습니다.

앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우

연결했던 Google 계정의 이메일 주소에서 아래 지원 메일로 삭제를 요청하세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 요청하며, 비밀번호나 Google 인증 코드를 요구하지 않습니다.

별도로 보관될 수 있는 정보

보안, 사기 방지, 법적 의무 또는 집계된 운영 분석을 위해 필요한 정보는 개인정보처리방침과 Google의 보관 정책에 따라 제한된 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 사용자가 직접 보낸 의견은 클라우드 백업과 별도로 처리됩니다.

Delete your account and cloud data

TEUM does not require an account for its core features. This page applies to Pro users who connected a Google Account for optional cloud backup.

Delete in the app

1. Open TEUM and go to Settings → Backup & restore.
2. Select Delete cloud data and account link.
3. Reauthenticate with the connected Google Account and confirm.

This removes the Firestore backup, Storage photos, purchase-token hash bindings, and TEUM Firebase account link. Locally stored situations, messages, and photos can be removed in the app or by uninstalling it.

If you cannot access the app

Send a deletion request from the email address of the Google Account you connected. TEUM will never ask for your password or Google verification code.

Information that may be retained

Information required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or aggregated operational analytics may be retained for a limited period under the privacy policy and Google's retention rules. Feedback submitted by the user is handled separately from cloud backup.
